Been a while... 4 weeks post op
It's been a while, I apologize, I guess I've been catching up on things since I can walk and drive again. The only pain I'm experiencing is mostly in the evening, after I've been on my feet all day (dishes, errands etc) and then they are also swollen. I haven't used my wheel chair in at least two weeks, only to sit and sew :) The biggest thing bothering me right now is the 10 pounds I've gained in only four weeks. I want to go for a run! I need to feel cardio again. I'm getting cabin fever being stuck in this house mostly, but I know it's going to be great, and I just have to let myself heal.

ReplyDeletejust wonder what procedures you had done. i have similar scars (got bunion and bunionette of both feet done) but now 3 weeks postop i'm still not allowed to shower or drive, still have a cast on and walk in surgical shoes and use a cane. i'm 30, healthy and small. i'm so scared and worried about recovery.
